COMPLAINTS & CONCERNS
In order to ensure that our passengers are offered a consistently high quality of service, T & J’s Taxis ‘s staff are available at all times to review and investigate your concerns or complains relating to any aspect of the services we offer.
If you feel that you have cause to complain about a driver or vehicle you should call, write or e-mail us, outlining the details of your complaint. If you require advice before writing please call Tim Maloney on 087 630 13 60.
When you contact us you will be asked to give details of your complaint and a means of identifying the taxi, hackney or coach, involved. Every licensed vehicle can be identified by its licence plate number, vehicle registration number or the drivers licence badge number
The licence number of the vehicle is used in the majority of cases and can be found on a white plate on the rear of the vehicle or on the inside on the dashboard. Drivers are required to display their licence badge at all times, and are required to make the number available if requested.
For your convenience we have provided a mechanism within this site for you to access the Irish Taxi Regulators Web-Site where you can acquaint yourself with the offical rules and regulations as they apply to the industry.
